At Gilbride Pharmacy Group, our pharmacists are responsible for ensuring customers receive a clinically safe, accurate and reliable experience in our branches.

Their primary responsibilities include:

• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
• Overseeing the pharmacy team.
• Carry out consultations with patients. 
• Clinical checking and accuracy checking.
• Identifying and logging any error or near miss within the pharmacy setting. 
• Liaising with other healthcare professionals in the best interest of patients. 
• Knowledge and compliance of company SOPs.
• Monthly claim submissions.
• Training in and providing Patient Group Directions (PGDs) where applicable.
• Ensuring that a safe and reliable service is available to any and all patients within the pharmacy setting.
